Avocado Cream Sandwich

A sandwich inspired by an avocado cream recipe from Israel.

Ingredients:

  • Bread
  • Avocado
  • Egg
  • Lemon
  • Salad
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation:
1. Bake a boiled egg (8-9 minutes) and then the dice.
2. Cut a ripe avocado into small cubes.
3. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
4. Add egg and mix.
5. Then add a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix again.
6. Garnish a slice of bread with a little salad, add the preparation before covering with another slice of bread.
