Turkey Club

A club sandwich nutritious and balanced.

Ingredients:

  • Full bread
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Gruyère
  • Roast Turkey
  • Lettuce
  • Red onion
  • Ketchup
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pepper

Preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine 3 / 4 mayonnaise and 1 / 4 of ketchup. Pepper.
2. Cut thin slices of Swiss cheese.
3. Slice tomatoes, cucumber and red onion into rings.
4. Cut the roast turkey into thin slices.
5. Lightly toast the slices of bread and cut into full triangle.
6. On a first installment, top with sauce and place a lettuce leaf.
7. Then place a slice of Swiss cheese, turkey and red onion.
8. Put another slice of bread and add the tomato, cucumber and a new lettuce leaf.
9. Close with a final slice of bread topped with sauce.
